This August I visited Ibiza with my best friends Ruby and Katie. It was our first girls holiday, and what better place to start than the famous White Isle. We had heard that Ibiza was the best place to visit for a holiday to remember, and it certainly didn't disappoint...

This was taken outside Amnesia, the biggest club we'd ever been to. It has two huge rooms, the main room and the terrace and there's different DJ's playing there every night. On the night we went it was Duke Dumont and Tough Love, who were amazing. The only disadvantage was that (being one of the biggest clubs in Ibiza), the drinks were EXTREMELY pricey. I'm talking €13 for the tiniest bottle of water you've ever seen. Luckily we decided to pre drink before...

This was at Ocean Beach, a place we knew we had to visit in Ibiza. It's the only place I've ever been to where it's considered normal for acrobats to fly above the water on swings handing out freebies, and for girls to wear stiletto heels around the pool. We loved it. You wouldn't normally imagine that bikinis and swimsuits could be 'dressy', but at ocean beach you certainly see how it's done.

We went to Ocean Beach's pool party on the Friday of our holiday, and then visited AGAIN on the Tuesday for the Kisstory event. Both days were so fun, and the atmosphere is great! Everyone is either drinking in the sun or dancing in heels to the DJ's who perform right next to the pool. It's also a great place for celeb spotting, we missed Louisa Johnson by a day!

Zoo Project was another place we knew we had to visit in Ibiza. We didn't know what to expect, but it was SO cool. Everyone there was so carefree, and during the day you could have henna tattoos, face paint, massages, and watch dance routines in a massive open tent. THEN at night there was a huge stage with DJ's playing, who were accompanied by crazy dancers performing to the music, all dressed up to fit the theme of the Zoo Project. It was completely different to all of the other typical night events in Ibiza, which is what made it so unique...PLUS we got to wear the coolest face paint and tons of glitter.

We absolutely loved our face paint for Zoo Project. It was done by 'theeasylifeblog' (check out their instagram) who painted exactly what we wanted. They do face paint every Saturday for Zoo Project in an Irish Bar on San Antonio Bay, where you can choose from loads of different styles and colours, and it literally only takes them 5 minutes to do it for you. It looked SO good once they had finished. We soon realised when we got there that if you go to Zoo Project and don't get cool face paint, you're doing it wrong. Because EVERYONE there was dressed up and looked amazing.

Luckily we were in Ibiza for David Guetta's closing party at the Ushuaia hotel! So we obviously pre-booked tickets because we knew it was going to be a huge night. And I mean 'huge' in every sense of the word, because the Ushuaia hotel is absolutely massive. Surrounding the stage were the balconies of the people lucky enough to afford a room at Ushuaia, and they could literally watch David Guetta perform live from their balconies. Imagine. We had to push our way to the front but it was worth it because he was incredible. An unforgettable night to end his whole summer of performing in Ibiza!

San Antonio bay was actually so pretty and scenic, and alongside the dock were loads of lush restaurants and shops. There was also a cute little beach at the end of bay, which was close to Café Mambo - where you could watch the most amazing sunset setting over the sea.

This is Café Mambo! It's famous in Ibiza for hosting some of the most famous DJ's in the world, and is packed almost every night with crowds of people who gather to witness the sunset. We went there on our last night, but Café Mambo and Café del Mar (right next to Café Mambo) were already full by the time we got there. Apparently it's best to book in advance, but that can be a little pricey...

So, we decided to sit on the beach instead and watch the sunset setting right before our eyes. It was so beautiful and such a nice end to our holiday! (excuse the guy photobombing in the background...)

Ibiza was such an incredible holiday. There is literally so much to do, and so many different events going on every single night! I think you would have to spend a good month there to do everything. The highlight was definitely seeing David Guetta's closing party at Ushuaia which was an UNFORGETTABLE night. That is what I think makes Ibiza so special, the endless unique events and huge famous clubs that you don't get anywhere else. So, if you're thinking of planning a girls holiday, you would be mad not to visit.
